Responsibility for Audio: You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have the necessary rights to upload any audio files to SongScore. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use and upload of audio does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, neighboring rights, or any other statutory or common law rights of artists, producers, labels, or performing rights organizations.
Audio Belongs to You: All audio files you upload remain your property. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any audio you provide to the Service.
SongScore's Limited License: By uploading audio to SongScore, you grant SongScore a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
This license is solely for the purpose of providing the Service and does not grant SongScore any right to commercially distribute, publicly perform, or modify your audio in any way.
Aggregated Data: SongScore may create anonymized compilations, statistical analyses, and aggregated insights combining data from multiple users' audio analyses. Such aggregated data does not identify you or your specific audio and cannot be traced back to you.
Your Rights: You agree that SongScore owns all rights to aggregated data and analytics and may use, distribute, and commercialize such data for any purpose, including but not limited to product development, research, benchmarking reports, and marketing materials—provided such data cannot identify you or your specific audio.
Privacy: Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Audio files are stored encrypted and access is restricted to SongScore systems and authorized personnel only.

All sales are final. SongScore does not offer refunds for subscription fees, analysis credits, or any payments made for access to the Service, regardless of the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
If you have concerns about your account or service quality, please contact our support team. Refund requests will not be considered except where required by law.
AS-IS BASIS: The Service, including all analysis, reports, and features, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SongScore makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
No Warranty of Results: SongScore does not guarantee that the analysis results will predict streaming success, chart performance, or any commercial outcome. Analysis results are based on AI algorithms and scientific models that may contain errors or inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.
Service Interruptions: SongScore will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will be free of viruses or harmful components.
INDIRECT DAMAGES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if SongScore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
CAP ON LIABILITY: Except for your payment obligations or breaches of confidentiality, in no event shall SongScore's total cumulative liability arising from this Agreement exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the incident or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
SOME JURISDICTIONS: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, SongScore's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SongScore will treat your audio files and account information as confidential and will use reasonable security measures to protect them. However, no security system is impenetrable. SongScore does not guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet and is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Your audio files are your responsibility to protect. We recommend keeping backups of any critical audio files separately from SongScore.
You may cancel your SongScore account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
All software, algorithms, analysis methodologies, reports, templates, and other intellectual property created, developed, or used by SongScore in providing the Service are owned exclusively by SongScore or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any SongScore intellectual property without explicit written permission.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your audio files and any content you provide. However, feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide to SongScore may be used freely by SongScore without any compensation or attribution.
SongScore may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, APIs, or platforms to provide audio analysis and processing capabilities. SongScore is not liable for the performance, accuracy, or availability of such third-party services. Your use of SongScore may be subject to third-party terms of service that you should review independently.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any Order or Work Order, constitute the entire agreement between you and SongScore regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
